Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the initial charm projected by their website. The first point of concern was the service at the front desk. Andrey's dismissal of my confirmed reservation left me searching for alternative accommodations, despite being charged the full price of the night. Such hospitality failures can be frustrating, especially in a luxury setting. On a brighter note, once settled, I was pleased to find several amenities that enhanced my stay. The air-conditioned rooms offered a comfortable retreat with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi-necessities for any modern traveler. The in-room breakfast service was a delightful option, allowing for a leisurely morning. Vanguardia's outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing break from the heat, and the garden area offered a serene space to relax. The promise of extravagant experiences can often overshadow the importance of reliable service. While Vanguardia boasts attractive amenities, prospective guests should weigh the inconsistency in service against the luxury aspect. Making informed choices, even in paradise, is key to a satisfying getaway.
